Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team in their daily activities
- Assist with the preparation and organization of sales presentations and materials
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for management review
- Support the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Knowledge of account management principles and practices
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships with customers
- Familiarity with market research techniques and analysis
- Previous experience in outside sales or technology sales is a plus
- Business development skills are highly desirable
- Technical sales experience is an advantage
